Ron’s career began in the food service and restaurant management field. He has years of experience in both the fast food and fine dining industries. Ron entered the sales and service field in 1975; in 1980 he started the company now known as Bowerman Management Group.
Steve joined Bowerman Management Group in 2010. He came to Bowerman Management Group with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business and ServSafe certification; since then he gained expertise in all facets of restaurant management. Steve resides in Lockport and is responsible for the Western New York territory.
Jeff joined Bowerman Management Group in 1996 with over twelve years of experience as a working executive chef. He is a culinary graduate with a Professional Chef degree. Jeff handles food preparation and presentation for seminars and training in our on-site demonstration kitchen. He is also responsible for the Central New York territory.
Aaron joined Bowerman Management Group in 2017. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, He is also an International Center for Financial Research Award recipient recognizing outstanding academic achievement and promise for a successful career. He came to Bowerman Management Group with 8 years of professional sales and management experience. Aaron is responsible for the Eastern New York territory.
Judy joined Bowerman Management Group in 1988. She is responsible for all financial aspects of the business including management of customer sales analysis programs and all after sales activities. Judy handles payables and receivables, and administers all employee benefits.
