Technical Service Training
Our authorized network of professional service agencies participate
in ongoing training to maintain expert knowledge of technological advancements
in today's food service equipment.
We host many manufacturers' service classes to provide a local
venue for our authorized service agents, as well as your in-house maintenance
staff. This keeps their skills sharp and helps maintain a low cost of
ownership.
Many of our manufacturers have instituted a STAR certification program
(Standards, Training, Approval and Response), which ensures standards
are upheld. Service agencies must:
- Meet minimum expectations for annual factory training
- Maintain a dedicated number of product experts
